7-day refund window
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days have passed since the order was placed, a refund will not be accepted.
Requesting a refund
Contact support with your order number and the reason for the request, within the 7-day window above. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, the related order is marked refunded and access to the product may be revoked.
Problems with a file
If a download is missing, corrupted or incorrect, contact support first — we will usually resolve it by re-issuing the file.
